This Baby Photo Contest (the "Contest") is open to residents of the India who are 10 years old (or older) at date of entry.ย Legal guardians or parents are able to participate for their children.
To participate in pic battles and access certain features, you may be required to register for a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
To participate, go to the contest website and follow the directions to upload a photo of your baby with the information required. Each participant can upload only one (1) entry each month.
The photographs submitted must be original creations of the contestant or the contestant must have all the necessary rights and permissions for submitting the image. Photographs must not include explicit or offensive information according to the contest's organizers.
Contest is open for babies between the ages of 0 and 10 years at date of entry.
All content and materials on Starkidss, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Starkidss and are protected by intellectual property laws.
A winner is chosen by a combination of popularity vote and criteria for judging, which could include things like charming Ness, cuteness and general appeal. The judges' decision is final.
The winner is notified by the contact details that was provided upon submission. If the winner is unable to respond within [Specify number of days the new winner will be chosen.
Entry that does not meet the requirements of this Terms and Condition, or which are suspect of fraud or tampering with the system will be exempted.
When you participate in the Contest You grant [Contest Organizer] permission to utilize your baby's name, photo and image for advertising purposes, without payment.
The personal information we collect during this contest is used only for purposes of administering the contest as well as for marketing purposes. We won't divulge your personal information to other third parties without your authorization.
[Contest Organizer] is not liable for any missing, late entries, incorrect, undirected, and damaged submissions. [Contest Organizer] also is not accountable for any technical issues that could hinder the submission process or voting.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted according to law of the jurisdiction you reside in The Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws

A winner from the Baby Photo Contest will receive Specify Prize. Prizes cannot be transferred and no cash alternatives will be provided.
Winners will be informed using the contact details supplied upon submission. If the winner is unable to respond within [Specify number of days an alternate winner could be chosen.
If the prize is claimed the winner could be required to supply additional details to verify the claim. In the event of not providing this information within the time frame specified can cause disqualification.
